Assistance to IDPs and the War-Affected Population

We provide free legal aid on issues related to the restoration of lost documents, border crossing, social benefits, etc., as well as in-kind, cash and psychological assistance to IDPs and the war-affected population.

We help refugees and asylum seekers in Ukraine: We provide free legal aid, support their cases in court, advise on social issues and monitor temporary accommodation centres for foreigners. We advocate for the rights of refugees in Ukraine and abroad.

We provide free legal support to stateless persons to confirm their citizenship of Ukraine/another country or to acquire citizenship and obtain a passport. We advocate for improved access to fundamental rights, and work to increase the capacity of public authorities.
